Kumi Yamashita is a New York based artist that has released an ongoing portraiture series labeled ‘Constellation’. Each of her work consists of threads and nails with a whiteboard as the canvas. The images consistency upon the rendering of the image is based on the loose solidarity of the lighter areas, where as the darker portions of the image becomes denser.
